- Go into WF Project
- Project Details
- General Project Information
- Copy Project Code
- Eloqua: search using project code press enter
- Right click the blue folder or individual email and select archive
- Go to archives
- Move folder to 2022 (Ex: EV2022 would go into 2022-->Invites-->Events)
- Archiving is still fine is emails are in progress
- Move from 2022 to Invites
- Move to Events
- That's it
- Mark WF task as done! State update "Archived"
- Done :)
