- Top Right: go to campaigns

- Events/Webinars: Click Event Campaign Template
- Partner Announcement/One-Off Emails: AI and fatigue level campaign canvas template
- Double click on email

Review scheduling:optimize by time of day or by date of week and time of day (usually do time of day and day of week for other emails)
- uses AI to choose send time
- Select second segment – entire thing; can create a box around all items

- Drag after selecting full section
- Name this canvas: where it says untitled campaign
- Go back to Workfront
- Go to UTM generator

Asset tag generator – copy this(Example: EM22868162 - Email - 2022 September Armanino Academy | FIR-IGL-SGL)
- Copy all the project code – project name – 3 letter codes (practice area|industry|service) – they fill this out already by the time it gets to us. If not, notify BIZ!

Back to Eloqua and paste in as title of canvas
- Get rid of semicolon after announcement in title and replace with a dash –
- Save
- Choose folder to save campaign in: (Ex: Partner Announcements folder)
- Save
- Top left shows some steps are not filled out – you will see number 5 next to draft

Top two steps are segments
- Tyler creates segments
- Grab project code from title

Double click on grey segment and add in project code and it will pop up one
- (if it does not then Tyler needs to create it)
- Select name that pops up
- Click out

Connect segments by hooking and dragging BOTH segments to the canvas elements

1000 master include= list of Armanino employees who will also get the email
- Tyler and Brian are in this list – they want to see the emails that are going out

Campaign settings
- Right hand side, click on top one – campaign settings
- Campaign start date: look at deploy email task in WF and that will be deploy date (Ex: 9/9)
- Time to send: Early in the day 6/7 am (AI will choose best time either way)
- Campaign end date: 1 month

- sync with CRM (make sure it is checked)
- Allow contacts to enter the campaign more than once – for certain emails (ask Tyler if needed)
- Hit save

- Find it in WF – project details – UTM generator – Eloqua Code (Ex: utm_campaign=firm-general-general-2209-em22868162&utm_medium=email&utm_source=eloqua)

- Project Name: add CM1 to end of project code – the email has CE1, so add CM1 to differentiate
- Save
- Done in Eloqua!
- Go into WF and mark task complete
- Add update to WF task for Brian to activate canvas that it is ready for QC
