About Sales / Info Sheet

Info / sales sheets are documents that are used when a prospect is identified but not quite ready to buy. They can be left behind after a call or meeting and are often times used at tradeshows or conferences as booth handouts.

Although mainly used in the sales cycle, these documents are typically generated from marketing as they feature additional information around a certain service, industry or product. They can also be used for internal education purposes.

Requesting a Sales / Info Sheet

Although area (industry, service, geo) leads or area representatives can request a project in Workfront, the majority of the tasks will remain assigned to the requester. The area lead or rep will gather content and flow it into a pre-defined template to ensure sheet stays on brand and content is developed in specified guidelines.

Searching for a Sales / Info Sheet

Sales / info sheets can be uploaded into the DAM (Widen) at the desecration of the area leader or representative so others are able to access it inside or outside the organization.

Future of Sales / Info Sheets

Overall consensus for sales sheets is to move towards slides that are stand alone or can be inserted into appropriate decks for use in the sales channels.
